DISTANCE REIKI
Reiki along with several other modalities, can be sent distantly and work in the same way as an in person session. You must be completely available to lay/sit/relax for 30-35 OR 45/50 minutes at the prearranged time. If there are specific issues you would like to focus on during the session, please make sure you state that prior to the session. If there are no specific issues Reiki will be sent for your overall well being.
* “BASIC” Distance Session: After the session an email will be sent to you with a brief description of the energetic information.
* “LIVE” Distance Sessions will be done over Zoom and you will be provided with a link at the time of booking through an email.
Karuna Reiki
Karuna Reiki is a vibration of Reiki energy that helps us address the very deep seated emotional issues that we may have experienced. Karuna Reiki helps to shift and move these blockages/issues in the most gentle and supportive of ways. Please expect there to be chanting/toning during the session as the vibration of the voice enhances the Karuna Reiki energy.
Laniakea Reiki (LAH•nee•AH•KEH•ah) which is the beautiful Hawaiian word for “immeasurable” or “immense” heaven and is the perfect name for this energy system. Laniakea is an energy system for this time, in this now, in our collective consciousness. Laniakea Reiki allows many frequencies and vibrations of healing to work together to assist us on our journey. Lifting the unhealed issue through each healing vibration of the color spectrum (both known and unknown) to support us in our healing. These 9th dimensional rainbow light streams work with us on a multitude of healing levels such as personal, genetic, ancestral, land, planetary, galactic, & more. These sessions are done in a “no-touch” manner and extremely similar to how we work with Reiki energy. Please expect some chanting/toning/light language during these beautiful and high vibrational sessions. An added benefit of this energy is that it helps “starseeds” to anchor in to the Earth energy to be more comfortable in their bodies.
Sound Therapy
Sound Therapy uses sound and vibration as an aid in healing. In this beautiful healing session, Singing Bowls, Crystal Sound Bowls, chimes, & bells may be used as tools to help balance your chakras, aura and energy.

Our “TWO HEARTS” Sound Therapy Session allows two people to experience the beautiful crystal bowls while laying on yoga mats surrounded by crystal grids.

*Crystal Therapy: Enjoy the soothing energy of crystals placed around you during your healing session. Bask in the natural energy of these crystals as they create an energetic grid. Each crystal has a different vibration and supports different aspects of healing.
*Cord Removal BASIC: Release and Remove any lower vibrational energies that may have connected to you. EXTENDED: a longer time to cleanse and clear your energy using a specific tools to assist.
*Pyramid Energy Enhancement: a copper pyramid will be placed around you during your session to enhance the energies that are we are working with. It helps to add a deeper sense of relaxation while amplifying the energy for a more potent and effective session.
*Tuning Fork Tune-Up: creates specific frequencies to assist in clearing and balancing your energy while promoting a calming and relaxing state.
Angel Healing
Our Angel Healing sessions are a beautiful blend of Reiki & Seraphim Blueprint energies. Along with angel guided energies, crystals, sound, & sacred symbols, all working towards the support of your peaceful state of rest and relaxation. Archangel sigils & angel tuning forks will also be part of this healing session.
Chakra Balancing
Balance your chakras with loving Reiki energy, crystals, sound therapy, and pendulums. When your chakras are balanced and aligned, your life force energy (chi, ki, prana) can flow easily allowing you to feel relaxed and supported. Clearing away all the energetic “dirt” that is picked up during the day will allow a higher flow of energy for you.

Spiritual/Energetic Guidance & Instruction:
Within this instructional type session, we will examine exactly where you are energetically; allowing us to discuss and create a personalized plan to bring you into alignment & balance. This session may also be used for personal guidance and instruction on spiritual matters that may be pertinent in your life at the time. For many, there may not be someone that they can discuss their journey of healing & growth with and this session provides the perfect environment for guidance & instruction. This may include a small meditation with a focused intent or be used as a way to learn the basics of a specific topic.
