*Here is an opportunity to begin your journey with Reiki, if you are guided to do so! This will be a 1 day class. Must attend the whole class. There is NO prerequisite for this class.
*This is a private Reiki class. There will be only the instructor and yourself in this Reiki class.
*Holy Fire III (the most up to date vibration of Holy Fire Reiki) focuses on healing the dormant unhealed issues that we have buried, allows us to look with and discover our Divine purpose, awakens the awareness of ALL things being connected, brings forth the authentic you, and so much more.
* you will learn the history of Reiki
*in this class you will learn hand positions for self treatments and hand positions for treatments on others. And opportunities to practice giving Reiki treatments.
*you will learn different ways to work with Reiki energy.
*receive a Reiki manual to keep and refer back to when needed. Along with several handouts with valuable information.
*an attunement to Holy Fire III Reiki level 1 energies. These energies help to heal the student along with giving them the ability to work on others with Reiki. Holy Fire III focuses on healing the dormant unhealed issues that we have buried, allows us to look with and discover our Divine purpose, awakens the awareness of ALL things being connected, brings forth the authentic you, and so much more.
* There will be a few other surprises in the class.🤗
* snacks will be provided but PLEASE bring plenty of water to drink as we will be working with healing energies. we will break for one hour lunch. there are plenty of places to eat in the area.
*wear comfortable clothing and dress in layers as temperatures may vary throughout the class.
*Bring a yoga mat or floor pillow/ blanket if you desire…we want everyone to be comfortable!
*you are NOT required to fast or eliminate some things like caffeine, nicotine, or alcohol from your diet but if you feel guided to do so you may. Try to at least cut back on the days of class.
***We will also meet again a few weeks later, to have a follow up meeting where we will have a guided meditation, a session where any questions can be asked and Reiki level 1 certificates will be handed out.***
