The Golden Light of Kuan Yin Meditation
Sunday 7/19 @12pm
This semi guided meditation offers a golden light transmission of the Goddess of Mercy-Kuan Yin.
Within our solar plexus we hold many low vibrational experiences such as anxiety, worry, stress, and guilt among others. This transmission allows the release of these energies and reclamation of our individual strength and authenticity. It allows us to gently let go and firmly stand in our own power.
Many times in our lives we may have been made to feel small or have learned that making ourselves smaller makes others comfortable. In this meditation we allow our true selves to comfortably stand in our own power and release the anxiety, worry, and stress that is stored within.
This Golden Light Transmission enhances and shows us how to step into our own personal light through our divine feminine energy.
*You may bring a mat/blanket/cushion if you like-there will be a few available for use.
*Bring plenty of water to hydrate.

Levels 1 AND 2 Reiki Class
Saturday 7/25 AND Sunday 7/26 @10am
This class includes the most up to date vibration (version) of Usui/Holy Fire III/World Peace Reiki
Here is an opportunity to begin your journey with Reiki, if you are guided to do so! This will be a 2 day class and you must attend the whole class.
we are limiting the size of this class so a more hands on teacher/student interaction may be achieved. It is important for the student to receive the most from their experience and we feel that this is more likely to happen in a smaller size class.
DAY 1 LEVEL 1:
* you will learn the history of Reiki
* you will learn hand positions for self treatments and hand positions for treatments on others. And opportunities to practice giving Reiki treatments.
*you will learn different ways to work with Reiki energy.
*receive a Reiki manual to keep and refer back to when needed.
Along with several handouts with valuable information.
*an attunement to level 1 energies. These energies help to heal the student along with giving them the ability to work on others with Reiki. Holy Fire III focuses on healing the dormant unhealed issues that we have buried, allows us to look with and discover our Divine purpose, awakens the awareness of ALL things being connected, brings forth the authentic you, and so much more.
DAY 2 LEVEL 2:
This class is for those who are guided to take their journey with Reiki further.
*Through this class, you will take your Reiki journey to the next level. Where level 1 showed you all about self healing, level 2 dives into becoming a Reiki practitioner and healing others.
* You will learn how to send distance healings
* You will receive the Level II attunements. These energies help to heal the student along with giving them the ability to work on others with Reiki. Holy Fire III focuses on healing the dormant unhealed issues that we have buried, allows us to look with and discover our Divine purpose, awakens the awareness of ALL things being connected, brings forth the authentic you, and so much more.
* Receive Level II Reiki symbols and learn how to work with their energies.
*You will learn about chakra balancing and using a pendulum for healings.
*You will learn different Reiki healing techniques.
*There will be handouts with valuable information.
* snacks will be provided but PLEASE bring plenty of water to drink as we will be working with healing energies. we will break for one hour lunch. there are plenty of places to eat in the area.
*wear comfortable clothing and dress in layers as temperatures may vary throughout the class.
*Bring a yoga mat or floor pillow/ blanket if you desire…we want everyone to be comfortable!
*you are NOT required to fast or eliminate some things like caffeine, nicotine, or alcohol from your diet but if you feel so inspired, try to cut back on the days of class.
*Investment will be $500(This is the TOTAL fee for BOTH days-a savings of $25) ONCE ATTUNED TO REIKI YOU WILL ALWAYS BE ATTUNED…it NEVER goes away.

*it is important to have a strong Master/Student relationship where the student feels comfortable asking any questions related to Reiki. Beginning your journey with loving Reiki energy is an important step on your path of healing and spirituality and we will be here to guide you through the class and after. This is a lifetime connection! 
*You will be learning from a teacher that has been working with Reiki since 2008. Sheila opened With Love Reiki in 2016 and has been teaching Reiki since then. Sheila teaches in a way that benefits each individual. While she does teach the foundations of Reiki, she believes (as did Dr. Usui) that Reiki needs to adjust and grow with the individual for the most optimal connection to this beautiful energy so we can meet it in the frequency that is most appropriate for us in this now.

Reiki Renewal Class

Clearing the energetic pathways to re-align with the universal life force energy of Reiki that you were attuned to, helps to open you to your optimal energetic flow.
This is not an attunement, however the energy we will work with during this session will help to reconnect you to whatever vibration of reiki you are attuned to.
There will be meditations and energetic downloads during this class and it is open to any level and every vibration of reiki practitioners/masters.
