Reiki In Our Everyday Life
Through each level of Reiki i have found that i connect more and more with the universal energy. Connecting with Reiki in everyday life just seems to happen to you once you are attuned and tends to grow in connection and becomes more accessible in the simplest ways.
Reiki flows readily and easily for most practitioners during a healing for themselves or others but sometimes it may take awhile for us to connect with the Universal energy of Reiki in our everyday life. In the beginning, we are always ready to connect with Reiki for the purpose of healing but it may take some time for us to realize that Reiki really is in every single aspect of our lives. After years of being a Reiki practitioner and then a master/teacher and still on my path of learning, i have seen Reiki work it’s way into my life in the smallest and simplest of forms.
Today I notice that Reiki is with me from the very beginning of my day to the very end. Before I am entirely awake I notice that Reiki is flowing from my hands just to help with the pain that I feel each morning when I wake up. I connect with Reiki whenever I travel both for protection and sending it ahead of me to my job. Intending for Reiki to create a smooth day for me and allowing me to react in the most positive of ways. I connect with Reiki and ask that it infuses with any water or food that I have during the day. Taking a few moments to have Reiki flow with the intention of whatever I am putting in my body is as pure as possible from any negative energy.
I am the same as any other human and from time to time I experience personal emotional issues with family or friends. During these times I connect with Reiki with the intention that it helps to release any emotional baggage that all parties involved may be carrying or holding on to. That Reiki helps for the greatest good to allow a healing for whatever emotional issue that is occurring.
When there are times when I have important papers or mail that has to be sent out I will connect with Reiki and ask that it helps all communication be clear and precise between all those that are involved. Any goals that I am heading towards will have Reiki send to it. Again intending that the outcome is for the greater good of all involved. It may not end up with the exact way that I personally intended it to be but i believe in source and Reiki enough to know that everything is for a reason and the best outcome possible will be exactly what happens.
Since my very first attunement to Reiki, it has just made itself a part of my everyday life. Reiki is as natural as breathing to me at this point and I am so very grateful for that. Sometimes when I find myself connecting with Reiki for something small and basic, I am reminding that even the small things are important. Reiki continues to show itself on my path of spiritual path of growth as well as my everyday life.
