Sending Distant Reiki At Any Level

Sending Reiki Distantly At Any LevelReiki_Distant_Healing

A wonderful part of Reiki healings is that not all of them have to be done with the client right in front of you. Distant Reiki healings can be done for your clients, friends, and family no matter what level of Reiki the practitioner is. From level l to master level, Reiki can be sent to whoever needs it very easily.

If you are a Reiki l practitioner sending Reiki distantly may seem a little frightening at first but once you have done it a few times and really understand how Reiki works, it should feel very natural to you. At level l sending distant Reiki may be done by simply “turning on” your Reiki and either hold the person’s name on a piece of paper or a picture of the intended recipient. By holding a focus of the person in your hands and mind with the intent of sending them distant Reiki, the Reiki will flow to them easily. This is a very effective way to send Reiki for many practitioners that are level l. The more it is practiced the more comfortable the practitioner will be doing a distant healing session.

When you are attuned to Reiki ll, you will receive Reiki symbols. This is when there is more focus on distant Reiki. By using the Reiki symbols you were given and attuned to in the second level, you will find a more intense feeling when Reiki flows distantly. I personally enjoy using CKR in the beginning of the session and then proceed to use HSZSN. I visualize HSZSN as a bridge between myself and the person i am sending Reiki to. Depending on the situation I will sometimes stand on one side of the “bridge” sending Reiki to the person on the other side. Other times i will see myself cross the “bridge” and give a “hands-on” session to the person. When it feels right i will cross the “bridge” and end the session.

At the master level you would have been attuned to the master symbol and using it in a distant healing adds wonderful experiences to the session. Start with the same technique as from above using the level ll technique. Add in DKM before and then again at the end of the healing. I like to use DKM before building the HSZSN “bridge” and again when sending Reiki to the recipient.

Working with Reiki for distant healings is a beautiful experience and sometimes you may feel more of a “presence” from Reiki doing a distant healing than you would doing an actual hands on in the room session. The more you do distant Reiki healings, the more comfortable you will become doing them and see how really effective they can be. Also, try to follow up with the recipient after a session to discuss any issues or questions the client may have just like in a face to face session.
