The Golden Light of Kuan Yin Meditation
Sunday 7/19 @12pm
This semi guided meditation offers a golden light transmission of the Goddess of Mercy-Kuan Yin.
Within our solar plexus we hold many low vibrational experiences such as anxiety, worry, stress, and guilt among others. This transmission allows the release of these energies and reclamation of our individual strength and authenticity. It allows us to gently let go and firmly stand in our own power.
Many times in our lives we may have been made to feel small or have learned that making ourselves smaller makes others comfortable. In this meditation we allow our true selves to comfortably stand in our own power and release the anxiety, worry, and stress that is stored within.
This Golden Light Transmission enhances and shows us how to step into our own personal light through our divine feminine energy.

Levels 1 AND 2 Reiki Class
Saturday 7/25 AND Sunday 7/26 @10am
This class includes the most up to date vibration (version) of Usui/Holy Fire III/World Peace Reiki
Here is an opportunity to begin your journey with Reiki, if you are guided to do so! This will be a 2 day class and you must attend the whole class.
we are limiting the size of this class so a more hands on teacher/student interaction may be achieved. It is important for the student to receive the most from their experience and we feel that this is more likely to happen in a smaller size class.
DAY 1 LEVEL 1:
* you will learn the history of Reiki
* you will learn hand positions for self treatments and hand positions for treatments on others. And opportunities to practice giving Reiki treatments.
*you will learn different ways to work with Reiki energy.
*receive a Reiki manual to keep and refer back to when needed.
Along with several handouts with valuable information.
*an attunement to level 1 energies. These energies help to heal the student along with giving them the ability to work on others with Reiki. Holy Fire III focuses on healing the dormant unhealed issues that we have buried, allows us to look with and discover our Divine purpose, awakens the awareness of ALL things being connected, brings forth the authentic you, and so much more.
DAY 2 LEVEL 2:
This class is for those who are guided to take their journey with Reiki further.
*Through this class, you will take your Reiki journey to the next level. Where level 1 showed you all about self healing, level 2 dives into becoming a Reiki practitioner and healing others.
* You will learn how to send distance healings
* You will receive the Level II attunements. These energies help to heal the student along with giving them the ability to work on others with Reiki. Holy Fire III focuses on healing the dormant unhealed issues that we have buried, allows us to look with and discover our Divine purpose, awakens the awareness of ALL things being connected, brings forth the authentic you, and so much more.
* Receive Level II Reiki symbols and learn how to work with their energies.
*You will learn about chakra balancing and using a pendulum for healings.
*You will learn different Reiki healing techniques.
*There will be handouts with valuable information.
* snacks will be provided but PLEASE bring plenty of water to drink as we will be working with healing energies. we will break for one hour lunch. there are plenty of places to eat in the area.
*wear comfortable clothing and dress in layers as temperatures may vary throughout the class.
*Bring a yoga mat or floor pillow/ blanket if you desire…we want everyone to be comfortable!
*you are NOT required to fast or eliminate some things like caffeine, nicotine, or alcohol from your diet but if you feel so inspired, try to cut back on the days of class.
*Investment will be $500(This is the TOTAL fee for BOTH days-a savings of $25) ONCE ATTUNED TO REIKI YOU WILL ALWAYS BE ATTUNED…it NEVER goes away.

*it is important to have a strong Master/Student relationship where the student feels comfortable asking any questions related to Reiki. Beginning your journey with loving Reiki energy is an important step on your path of healing and spirituality and we will be here to guide you through the class and after. This is a lifetime connection! 
*You will be learning from a teacher that has been working with Reiki since 2008. Sheila opened With Love Reiki in 2016 and has been teaching Reiki since then. Sheila teaches in a way that benefits each individual. While she does teach the foundations of Reiki, she believes (as did Dr. Usui) that Reiki needs to adjust and grow with the individual for the most optimal connection to this beautiful energy so we can meet it in the frequency that is most appropriate for us in this now.

Reiki Renewal Class

This class provides a sacred space to rekindle and amplify your existing bond with Reiki energy. Whether it has been weeks or years since your attunement, this focused renewal class clears stagnant channels, deepens your intuitive connection, and elevates your energetic vibration.
Clearing the energetic pathways to re-align with the universal life force energy of Reiki that you were attuned to, helps to open you to your optimal energetic flow.
This is not an attunement, however the energy we will work with during this session will help to reconnect you to whatever vibration of reiki you are attuned to.
Once you are attuned to Reiki you never need to be attuned again, however sometimes we may feel disconnected and our perception of our reiki may shift. This class will help to bring you back into a beautiful flow with Reiki energy and perhaps even enhance it.
There will be meditations and energetic downloads during this class and it is open to any level and every vibration of reiki practitioners/masters.

Reiki Master Level
Saturday 10/24 AND Sunday 10/25 @10:00am
Usui w/Holy Fire®️ III (World Peace) Reiki MASTER Level is the last level of Reiki Training. This is the latest vibration (most up to date) of the Holy Fire energy: Holy Fire was channeled in 2014, Holy Fire ll came in 2016 & Holy Fire lll was channeled in 2018/2019. The World Peace energy was channeled in 2022 and directly answers the collective fear and anxiety that our world has been experiencing. Reiki is always adapting and answering the vibration of what the collective requires. If you have been trained in another vibration of Reiki, it is perfectly fine to take this class for your master level as this is the most up to date vibration of the Holy Fire energy.
Holy Fire lll Reiki focuses on clearing the culturally created self, helps to bring out the authentic self and helps to heal all unknown dormant traumas. The master class ignites the Reiki energy even further and allows our channel to expand and hold even more of this beautiful energy. Allowing a great healing for your clients and especially yourself. Not everyone who takes this course goes on to teach as it is not required for you to do so. Many simple desire the deep healing of this beautiful modality for themselves.
Sheila Sclafani-Cook will be facilitating this class. She has been working with Reiki since 2008 and is the owner of With Love Reiki & Healing.
THIS WILL BE A 2 DAY CLASS. You must attend BOTH days.
we will break one hour for lunch each day (plenty of places around to grab a bite)
ALL DAYS MUST BE FULFILLED FOR ART/MASTER LEVEL CERTIFICATION
**YOU MUST HAVE COMPLETED REIKI LEVELS I & II AT LEAST 6 MONTHS PRIOR AND HAVE CERTIFICATES AVAILABLE IF NOT THROUGH WITH LOVE REIKI & HEALING.**
*For this level we also require registration and payment are both completed at least 7 days prior to class. We need time to have enough materials for all.
*In this level you will be given the ability to attune students of your own for all Levels of Reiki. (1,2,&3)
*Also receive a MASTER Level attunement for yourself, along with several ignitions of the Reiki energy to amplify your own healing and connection to the energy.
*There will be time for a quick review from Levels 1 & 2.
*You will receive the master symbol and learn about it’s energy and how to work with it.
*You will also receive the Holy Fire symbol and learn to work with the energy in a number of different ways, both for yourself and others.
*You will be taken through several meditations where Reiki will work with you to allow a deeper healing and focus.
*You will be shown how to use and build Reiki crystal grids and how to enhance distance Reiki.
*You will be shown how to do serval different techniques that may be used in healing sessions.
*You will receive a Reiki Master manual along with other information that you will always be able to refer back to.
*But most importantly, you will have the ability to heal yourself and others on such a deep level. The Level of Master holds such deep awakenings for those that are guided to it. So please if this is something that you feel calling you, come to this class.
*Please bring plenty of water to drink throughout the class. You may also bring a journal or notebook to write down any impressions or messages you get during the meditations, (a manual will be given to you that has plenty of space for this), wear comfortable clothing and dress in layers if possible.

Karuna Reiki Class
Saturday 11/21 AND Sunday 11/22 @10:00am
🪷You MUST be a Reiki Master for at least 6 months prior (certificates must be provided if not taken at With Love Reiki & Healing)….you MUST attend all 3 days for certification.
🪷Karuna® Reiki is a vibration of Reiki that was channeled by William Rand in the early 1990’s and then adjusted when the vibration of Holy Fire came in 2014. It has continued to grow and level up in vibration over the years to adjust to the level on the collective consciousness. This version is the most up to date version of Karuna Reiki.
🪷”KARUNA” is a Sanskrit word that translates to “compassionate action”. And that is exactly what Karuna® Reiki vibrates as. It offers gentle support through difficult challenges in the most compassionate of ways.
🪷Karuna® Reiki can be taken by anyone who has been a Reiki Master for at least 6 months (of any vibration/lineage). Taking this class is the next step for many Reiki Masters as the vibration of this energy is a deeper connection to Reiki,& your healing journey.

🪷Karuna® Reiki allows healing on a much deeper level. It goes into the next layer of healing that the Reiki Master has already begun. Karuna® Reiki works on healing emotional and mental issues and blockages that we may have without having to relive the traumatic event.
